Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner BitFuFu announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Oklahoma bitcoin mine, which operates 51MW and trades at $400,000/MW, funded by cash and common stock on BitFuFu's balance sheet. It is reported that with the deployment of the AntMiner S21 series of mining machines, the average cash cost of mining one bitcoin at the site will be as low as $18,000 (excluding depreciation).
BitFuFu plans to acquire a majority stake in a 51 trillion watt (MW) bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma. The company has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition, which is expected to close in the first half of 2025. Located in an uninhabited area, the facility is fully built and operational. Using Bitmain's Antminer S21 Pro device, 51 trillion watts of capacity can support a hash rate output of approximately 2.9 EH/s.

Bitcoin mining company BitFuFu reported a 47.5% increase in revenue for the third quarter of 2024, reaching $90.30 million compared to last year. Growth in cloud mining solutions played a key role, with revenue rising 51.4% to $68.90 million. The number of registered users increased by 75.3% to a total of 455,764. Despite the drop in production, bitcoin mining revenue rose 40.4% to $20.50 million due to higher bitcoin prices. The company also reported an 88.5% increase in its mining capacity.
