The New Hampshire House Commerce Committee voted 16-1 to approve the Bitcoin Reserve Act (HB302), which will now go to a full House vote. If passed, the state treasurer will be authorized to invest 5% of state funds in digital assets. In fact, only Bitcoin currently meets the $500 billion market cap standard stipulated in the bill. The bill was passed by Republican Congressman Keith Ammo.
