Kenya's main stock exchange, the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), has joined the Hedera Council to accelerate the tokenization program using the Hedera network. By joining Hedera, the Kenya Exchange becomes the 32nd member of the group that manages the network. As a board member, the NSE will run a node and have an equal vote in managing Hedera's software and services. Other prominent members of the Hedera board include tech giants Google and IBM, as well as telecoms company Deutsche Telekom.
