Solayer releases the first open-source SolanaLRT codebase

On October 25th, Solayer released the first open-source SolanaLRT codebase, including a complete set of deployable and ready-to-use Rust programs and end-to-end Typescript, providing developers with a variety of free and open-source templates to implement applications.
