U.S. stocks closed mixed, the Dow fell 0.33%, the Nasdaq rose 0.76%, the S & P 500 index rose 0.21%. Q3 earnings exceeded market expectations, Tesla shares rose nearly 22%, the largest one-day gain since May 2013, the market value increased by about $150 billion.
