Vitalik will appear in Hong Kong on April 9th to deliver a keynote speech

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin will appear at Venue 2 of the Web3 Carnival in Hong Kong at 10:15 am on April 9th and deliver a keynote speech titled "Reaching the Limits of Protocol Design". At 1:45 pm on the same day, he will also give an on-site presentation titled "Building on Ethereum in the 2020s" at the main venue.
