State Administration for Market Regulation: Accelerate the introduction of the Private Economy Promotion Law

On October 14th, Luo Wen, director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, said at a press conference of the State Council Information Office on the 14th that we have accelerated the promulgation of the Private Economy Promotion Law to treat the private economy equally and protect it equally, and create a good environment for the development of the non-public economy. We have implemented the "Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment" well, and in accordance with the requirements of "being able to live" and "be able to control", we will study and propose practical and effective measures as soon as possible to address issues such as hindering fair market access and restricting enterprises' cross-regional migration, and respond to the concerns of business entities. We have further advanced the evaluation and cleaning up of laws, regulations and policies related to enterprises, and comprehensively cleaned up various regulations that discriminate and treat enterprises of different ownerships, sizes and regions differently.
