Liao Min, Vice Minister of Finance: Allow special project bonds to be used for land reserve, and areas in need can be used for new land reserve projects

On October 12, Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min said at a press conference of the State Information Office that the Ministry of Finance and relevant departments are working together to promote the balance of supply and demand in the real estate market. In the next step, the Ministry of Finance will actively study and introduce incremental measures conducive to the stable development of real estate, allowing special project bonds to be used for land reserves, mainly considering that there is currently a relatively large amount of idle and undeveloped land in various places, and areas in need can be used for new land reserve projects.
