SEC Commissioner Mark Uyeda said in a Fox Business News interview that the agency's crypto policies and methods "have been a real disaster for the industry over the last few years."
Asked what different steps the S.E.C. could or should take, Mr. Uyeda said, "There needs to be some clear guidance and explanation of what is and is not covered by securities law."
