Wu Qing, chairperson of the Securities Supervision Commission, said at the meeting that the Securities Supervision Commission will issue guidelines for the management of the market value of listed companies and will soon solicit opinions. The guidelines require listed companies to do a good job in market value management in accordance with the law, the board of directors should attach great importance to investor protection and investor returns, listed companies should actively use tools such as mergers and acquisitions, long-term net-breaking companies should formulate value improvement plans, evaluate the implementation effect and disclose, and major index constituent companies should formulate market value management systems.
