The number of active addresses and user transactions in Aptos hit a record high in a single month

Layer 1 blockchain Aptos reached 5.40 million monthly active addresses last month, and the platform also reached 578 million user transactions last month, setting a new high, indicating active activity within its ecosystem. Meanwhile, APT tokens are up 4.9% over the past 12 months.
It is worth noting that bot campaigns or airdrops sometimes inflate the number of transactions and active addresses. High transaction volumes do not necessarily mean meaningful economic activity, and promotions and token distribution can cause a temporary spike in activity.
