Apple launches iPhone 16 series, starting at $799 for the basic version

On September 10, Apple (AAPL. O) released iPhone 16 series, equipped with A18 series chips, Apple artificial intelligence (Apple Intelligence) and 16-core neural engine. The iPhone 16 basic version starts at $799, and the Plus, Pro and Pro Max versions start at $899, 999 and 1199 respectively. The iPhone 16 will be available on September 20 and will be available for pre-order this Friday. iPhone 16 basic and Plus versions use A18 chips that are 30% faster than the A16 Bionic used in the iPhone 15 and 60% faster than the A14 Bionic used in iPhone 12. iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be equipped with more powerful A18 Pro chips. Apple (AAPL. O) also said that Apple's artificial intelligence (Apple Intelligence) will be launched in the United States first in October, in English-speaking countries (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom) in December, and in China, France, Japan, and Spain starting next year.
