On September 9, the Legal Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress held a press conference today. Spokesperson Wang Xiang introduced that the 29th Chairperson's Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress decided that the 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress would be held in Beijing from September 10 to 13. The Chairperson's Meeting recommended that the 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress review the draft amendments to the National Defense Education Law, the draft amendments to the Statistics Law, the draft amendments to the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law, the draft amendments to the Energy Law, and the draft amendments to the Anti-Money Laundering Law; review the State Council's draft proposals on the response to public health emergencies and the draft National Park Law; review the National Supervisory Commission's draft amendments to the Supervision Law.
