On September 4th, Jiangsu Province promoted the implementation plan of the super long-term special national debt funds to support the trade-in of consumer goods, and for the early scrapping of diesel trucks operating under the national emission standard III and below, according to the vehicle type (medium and heavy) and early scrapping time, according to 10,000 yuan~ 45,000 yuan/vehicle range to be divided into subsidies; for the early scrapping and new purchase of national six emission standard operating trucks or new energy operating trucks, according to 35,000 yuan~ 140,000 yuan/vehicle range to be divided into subsidies; for only new energy urban cold chain distribution trucks, according to 35,000 yuan/vehicle to be subsidized.
