On September 4th, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a typhoon red warning at 18:00 on September 4th: This year's No. 11 typhoon "Capricorn" has been strengthened from typhoon level to strong typhoon level in the afternoon of today (4th). At 5:00 pm, its center is located in the northeastern part of the South China Sea, about 660 kilometers east of Wenchang City, Hainan Province. It is 19.2 degrees north latitude and 117.1 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 15 (48 meters/second), and the minimum pressure in the center is 945 hPa.
