On September 4th, Kamino Lend, a Solana lending protocol, released version V2, which is expected to be released in the fourth quarter of this year. On the market layer, this version is modular to support a wide range of assets. The new income layer, Vault Layer, introduces automated single-asset lending, combined market liquidity to provide risk-optimized returns. On the clearing engine, Kamino V2 uses an oracle mechanism to protect users from unnecessary liquidation, and combines clearing auctions to reduce liquidation penalties.
