On September 2nd, BAIC Blue Valley announced that the subsidiary BAIC New Energy plans to introduce strategic investors to increase capital and expand shares through public listing. The capital increase amount does not exceed 10 billion yuan, and the capital increase price is not lower than the evaluation result. After the capital increase, the company remains the controlling shareholder of BAIC New Energy.
