Bitcoin miner Cipher Mining expands its investment portfolio to 2.5 GW

Cipher Mining (ticker: CIFR) has announced a $67.50 million investment in 101 hectares of land in West Texas, including a 300MW data center, to expand its portfolio to 2.5 GW.
