USDA drought report: U.S. soybean drought areas rose from last week

Gold Ten Futures, August 29th, USDA's latest drought report shows that about 12% of U.S. soybean growing areas were affected by drought in the week ended August 27, compared with 8% in the previous week and 40% in the same period last year. About 8% of U.S. corn growing areas were affected by drought, compared with 7% in the previous week and 45% in the same period last year.
