巴黎法院：Durov被指控犯有6项罪行，已启动对Telegram的司法调查

8月29日消息，据巴黎法院官网披露，Telegram 首席执行官 Pavel Durov 因介绍性起诉书中提到的所有罪行被起诉，包括：
· 有组织团伙共谋管理在线平台以进行非法交易（犯罪最高可判处 10 年监禁和 50 万欧元罚款）；
· 拒绝根据授权机构的要求提供信息或文件；
· 共谋犯罪，包括无正当理由提供旨在破坏自动数据处理系统的程序或数据、有组织地散布未成年人图像、贩卖非法药品、有组织的团伙欺诈、以实施犯罪为目的的阴谋或违法行为；
· 有组织团伙的犯罪和违法洗钱；
· 在非合规框架下提供加密服务；
· 在不完全确保身份验证或完整性控制功能的情况下提供加密手段。
Pavel Durov 将受到司法监督，提供 500 万欧元的保释金、每周两次到警察局报到的义务，并禁止离开法国。
