Bitcoin's second-layer network Stacks has started a Satoshi upgrade

Bitcoin's second-layer network, Stacks, has begun a Satoshi upgrade that decouples the block production schedule on Stacks from Bitcoin's. Network operators now have two weeks to implement the Satoshi upgrade, after which the process will be completed through a hard fork.
