US stock market closing: stock index collectively closed down, Tesla fell nearly 5%

The US stock market closed on Tuesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average closing down 395 points or 1%, the S&P 500 index down 0.72%, and the Nasdaq down 0.95%. Tesla (TSLA.
