Jack Dorsey is reforming Block

Jack Dorsey, Block's chief executive and co-founder, is overhauling the company, saying the company's internal reporting structure will be overhauled and that it will break down boundaries between business lines, rearranging staff according to roles such as engineering, design and sales. The restructuring is understood to address Block's "three issues", namely "collaboration, process and flexibility".
