On July 20th, local time on the 19th, the second meeting of the ninth WTO review of China's trade policy was held. The Chinese side said that < b > some members accused China of "overcapacity" and "economic coercion", and the Chinese side firmly refuted the false accusations. The Chinese side stressed that China's < b > subsidy policy is in line with WTO rules , and the < b > success of Chinese enterprises is due to market competition rather than government subsidies . China's new energy products make positive contributions to the global green and low-carbon transition and climate change response. From a global perspective, < b > the supply of new energy products is far from meeting demand, and there is no "overcapacity" at all . The so-called "economic coercion" is not China's trade policy in the past, present or future. Individual members often implement "long-arm jurisdiction", set up various control lists, and arbitrarily impose sanctions on other members' enterprises and individuals, which is the real source of economic coercion.
