On July 11, according to the "Reply of the State Council on Approving the Comprehensive Pilot Program of Expanding and Opening Up of the Service Industry in Shenyang and Other 6 Cities", it is agreed that from now on, in Shenyang, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Chengdu and other 6 comprehensive pilot cities of expanding and opening up of the service industry, the relevant provisions of the Interim Regulations on the Registration Management of Private Non-Enterprise Units, the Regulations on Travel Agencies, the Regulations on the Management of Entertainment Places, the Regulations on the Management of Business Performances, and the Special Administrative Measures for Foreign Investment Access (Negative List) (2021 Edition) will be temporarily adjusted and implemented.
