Ministry of Commerce: Conduct trade and investment barriers investigation on the relevant practices taken by the European Union in the investigation of Chinese enterprises in accordance with the Foreign Subsidies Regulations

On July 10th, from the date of this announcement, the Ministry of Commerce will conduct a trade and investment barrier investigation on the relevant practices adopted by the European Union in the investigation of Chinese enterprises in accordance with the Foreign Subsidies Regulations and its implementing rules. The relevant practices adopted in the preliminary examination, in-depth investigation and surprise inspection of Chinese enterprises conducted by the European Union in accordance with the Foreign Subsidies Regulations and its implementing rules. When the applicant submits the application, it mainly involves railway locomotives, photovoltaics, wind power, security inspection equipment and other products. The investigation should be completed before January 10, 2025, and can be extended to April 10, 2025 under special circumstances.
