MIIT: Minimum capital base ratio for new and expanded PV manufacturing projects is 30%

On July 9th, MIIT publicly solicited opinions on the "Regulations for the Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry (2024) " and the "Regulations for the Administration of the Announcement of the Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry (2024) " (exposure draft). The "Regulations for the Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry (2024) " mentioned that guide photovoltaic enterprises to reduce photovoltaic manufacturing projects that simply expand production capacity, strengthen technological innovation, improve product quality, and reduce production costs. For new and expanded photovoltaic manufacturing projects, the minimum capital base ratio is 30%.
