"German government" wallet address transfers another 1,600 BTC

Arkham data shows that 10 minutes ago, the wallet address marked "German government" on the chain transferred 300 BTC to the Coinbase address, worth about $17.13 million; 1,000 BTC to the Flow Traders address, worth about $57.08 million; 300 BTC to the Bitstamp address, worth about $17.13 million.
