The Tenth Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress: Reviewing the Draft Law on Rural Collective Economic Organizations and the Draft Amendment to the Accounting Law

On June 25th, the 10th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress held its first plenary meeting in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on the morning of the 25th, chaired by Chairperson Zhao Leji. The meeting heard a report by Xu Hui, vice chairperson of the Constitutional Law Commission, on the results of the review of the draft amendment to the Accounting Law; the meeting heard a report by Shen Chunyao, vice chairperson of the Constitutional Law Commission, on the revision of the draft Financial Stability Law; Entrusted by the State Council, Minister of Finance Lan Fo'an made a report on the central final accounts for 2023; Entrusted by the State Council, Zheng Bei, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, made a report on promoting the development of the private economy; the meeting also considered relevant appointment and removal cases.
