Aave DAO community votes to deploy Aave on ZKsync

The Aave DAO passed an early proposal to deploy Aave on ZKsync in a community vote, the AFRC proposal (the Aave official exposure draft) passed with 662,000 "yes" votes, and now the proposal will be submitted to the AIP chain for final approval.
