He Yi, co-founder of Binance, responded to the "288,000 USDT non-refundable Binance listing fee" raised by X user PLR Web3, saying, "If any Binance employees accept bribes, they are welcome to report them. If it is verified that the full refund is attached, there will be a bonus. If it is not a Binance employee, please immediately call the police to arrest the fraud."
