Legal experts: SEC may face resource constraints and other issues before numerous crypto lawsuits begin

As the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) continues to open new fronts in the cryptocurrency wars, some are now wondering whether it is distracting and has the legal resources needed to fight so many lawsuits against the industry's largest players simultaneously.
Scott Mascianica, a partner at law firm Hilgers Graben and head of government investigations and regulatory enforcement, said the fact that these [enforcement actions against cryptocurrency companies] are taking place simultaneously is significant and undoubtedly puts pressure on the agency.
Legal experts say that before the numerous cryptocurrency lawsuits begin, the SEC may face resource constraints, travel budget cuts, and reduced funds available to handle related matters as aggressively as possible.
