In response to relevant inquiries, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said at the regular press conference of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 22nd that in recent years, China and the Vatican have maintained contact, in-depth communication on bilateral relations and international hotspot issues, and continuously enhanced understanding and mutual trust.
