Cosmos Governance Proposal 917 passed, and Dora Factory received a million-dollar grant

According to the official news, on May 15, Cosmos Hub Proposal 917 initiated by Dora Factory was approved by the community with a strong vote. After the passage of this proposal, Cosmos Hub has a native quadratic community funding program for the first time. Million dollars will be injected into the DoraHacks AEZ quadratic funding matching fund pool, and the Cosmos public goods and application chain ecological infrastructure will be continuously funded through a two-year 10-round quadratic funding.
As the Cosmos Hub's largest recent Treasury grant application, this proposal has generated extensive discussion and support from the Cosmos community. More than $1 billion of ATOM votes were in favor, including SG-1, Chorus One, P2P.org, Zero Knowledge Validator, and core Cosmos contributors Informal System, Keplr, Cosmostation, and others. The approval rate was as high as 91.9%, and Proposition 917 became the most strongly supported initiative in the history of Cosmos governance.
The second round of the AEZ Quadratic Grant has been opened, and developers can submit BUIDLs through the Global Geek Movement platform DoraHacks.io. At the same time, the community can make quadratic donations to Cosmos public goods at any time.
