Pandu Financial Group announced that it has received tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars in strategic equity investment led by Longling Investment. Pandu Financial Group said that the company plans to use the newly injected funds for key growth areas, including market expansion, innovative product development, key talent acquisition and technology upgrading, with the aim of accelerating the layout of the era of opportunities in the field of virtual assets through these strategic measures. The current asset management scale of the group has reached five hundred million US dollars.
Pandu Asset, a subsidiary of Pandu Financial Group, established its headquarters in Zurich in 2022 and issued the Pando 6 spot virtual asset fund (Bitcoin/Ethereum spot ETPs) on the Swiss Exchange; Pandu Limited, another subsidiary of Pandu Financial Group, has obtained Class 1 (securities trading), Class 4 (providing advice on securities) and Class 9 (providing asset management) licenses and public fund qualifications issued by the Securities Supervision Commission in Hong Kong, and has been approved to manage more than 10% of the investment in the company.
