Beijing adjusts housing purchase restriction policy: 2 Beijing families can buy 1 new suite outside the Fifth Ring Road

From the day after this notice is issued, on the basis of the implementation of the existing housing purchase restriction policy, eligible families (including both spouses and minor children) or adult singles are allowed to purchase a new set of commercial housing (including new commercial housing and second-hand housing) outside the Fifth Ring Road.
