Air China: Purchase of 100 C919 aircraft from Commercial Aircraft

Air China joint stock company announced that the company and COMAC signed an agreement on April 26, 2024 to purchase 100 C919 aircraft from COMAC. The above 100 aircraft are scheduled to be delivered to the company in batches from 2024 to 2031. The basic price of each aircraft includes the price of the fuselage, additional parts and engines. According to the latest catalog price provided by COMAC, the total basic price of the above 100 C919 aircraft is approximately 10.80 billion US dollars. After fair negotiation between the buyer and the seller, COMAC gave the company a large price discount for the purchase of aircraft, so the actual consideration for this transaction is lower than the basic price of the aforementioned aircraft. The company will finance this transaction through equity funds, commercial bank loans and other financing methods. The Company does not anticipate that this transaction will have any material impact on the Company's cash flow position or business operations.
