4月5日重磅消息:据国际权威加密媒体DLNews独家披露,FTX交易所因近40万用户未在3月3日截止日前完成身份认证(KYC),已正式取消高达25亿美元的客户索赔。这一重大进展将对加密货币投资者破产重组进程产生深远影响。



根据特拉华州破产法院4月2日公示的2377页法律文件显示,平台已批量驳回39.2万笔未经验证的索赔申请。值得注意的是,虽然初期预估未验证金额约10亿美元,但债权人代表Sunil Kavuri透露实际规模远超预期,包含:

  • 19亿美元机构级大额索赔
