Bitcoin transaction fees hit an all-time high of $128.45 on the day of the halving

YCharts data shows that the average fee paid per bitcoin transaction fell to $34.80 on April 21 after hitting a record high of $128.45 on the day of the halving, and total bitcoin transaction fees fell to $22.37 million on Sunday from $81 million the day before.
