Moonbeam Network: Network issues affected by Polkadot upgrade have been resolved

On April 21, Moonbeam Network officially posted on the X platform that at around 10:27 am UTC today, the Polkadot runtime upgrade took effect, triggering all parallel chains, including Moonbeam, to stop production blocks for about 1 hour. Moonbeam resumed block production at around 11:36 am UTC.
