Slow Mist Cosine: Inscriptions are somewhat of a testing ground for runes

Cosine, the founder of Slow Mist, said that the inscription is a kind of experimental field for runes. Various large files of the inscription and a large number of "meaningless" BRC-20 marks appeared in the Bitcoin Taproot data, which was numbered by the CVE loophole, causing an uproar. But the inscription brings a violent aesthetic and is full of topics. The rune is based on the UTXO model, the data is stored in the OP_RETURN (space is very limited), which is more simple and compact, but due to the limited space, what it can do is also very limited. I am afraid that it is mainly based on the circulation of coins.
So, the inscription is a kind of test bed for runes, and the "some degree" here mainly refers to BRC-20. The runes I see are at least in their current state to solve the "awkward" inscription form of BRC-20.
It doesn't matter how the heat and controversy go. At least it is a good thing to promote the development of the Bitcoin network. If not, time can give a choice.
