According to the Wall Street Journal, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) is paving the way to end several important crypto enforcement actions filed during the Biden administration. The 2023 lawsuit against Coinbase, one of the SEC's largest crypto enforcement actions in recent years, could soon be concluded, the SEC revealed in court filings Friday.
