On January 24th, Harvest Fund announced that the trading price of its Harvest German DAX Traded Open-ended Index Securities Investment Fund (QDII) (159561) in the secondary market was significantly higher than the reference net value of fund shares, resulting in a large premium. Investors are hereby reminded to pay attention to the risk of price premium in the secondary market. If investors invest blindly, they may suffer major losses. In order to protect the interests of fund share holders, the fund will suspend trading from the opening of the market on January 24, 2025 to the close of the market. If the trading price premium of the fund in the secondary market does not fall back on January 27, 2025, the fund has the right to take measures such as applying to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for temporary intraday suspension and extending the suspension time to warn the market of risks. The specific announcement at that time shall prevail.
