Solayer Announces Foundation and Launches Governance Token LAYER

Solayer, Solana's re-staking protocol, established a foundation and launched the LAYER governance token.
"To support the next phase of our journey, we are pleased to announce the formation of the Solayer Foundation, an independent non-profit organization dedicated to advancing SVM expansion, the upcoming LAYER token, and the first quarter of claims," Solayer Labs announced Thursday on the X platform.
