A South Korean passenger plane crashed into a wall and caught fire as it landed, killing and injuring 23 people

On December 29th, at around 9:7 local time on December 29th, a landing plane veered off the runway at the Muan International Airport in Jeolanam-do and hit the outer wall of the fence, and then the passenger plane caught fire. According to Yonhap News Agency, 23 people were killed or injured in the accident. It is reported that the plane in the accident was a Jeju Air flight from Bangkok, Thailand to Muan, with 175 passengers and 6 crew members on board, totaling 181 people.
