On December 27, Gou Ping, a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, said at the fourth special promotion meeting of the state-owned enterprise reform deepening and upgrading action in 2024 that the general implementation of the management personnel adjustment and incompetent exit system by the end of 2025 is a clear requirement for the reform deepening and upgrading action. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is studying and formulating relevant work guidelines and strengthening policy guidance.
