After filing the case, the Chinese investigation authority carried out the investigation in strict accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations and WTO rules, and made a preliminary ruling in August 2024. At present, European Union exporters have submitted applications for price commitment, and the domestic brandy industry has requested protection according to law. In view of the complexity of the case, at the application of the European side, the investigation authority decided to postpone the final ruling, hoping that all parties concerned will continue to cooperate with the investigation.
