Coinbase International Station: Increase the maximum leverage of perpetual contracts to 20 times

Coinbase International Station posted on the X platform that starting in early 2024, the maximum leverage of Coinbase International Station's perpetual futures contracts will be 10 times, and it is now planned to double the leverage ratio to provide up to 20 times leverage.
