Facing the rapidly developing Chinese REITs market, the "2024 China REITs Market Development White Paper" released on December 19 put forward the above views and suggestions. The report recommends that the regulatory level further strengthen policy research, gradually promote REITs legislation, and introduce a product transfer system in a timely manner.
