China's first "insurance + futures" industry self-regulatory rules released

On December 7th, the China Futures Industry Association officially released the "Insurance + Futures" Business Rules for Futures Companies (Trial) "on December 7th. The rules are the first industry self-regulatory document in the field of" insurance + futures "business. From the content, the rules focus on the main line of strong supervision, risk prevention and high-quality development, adhere to the problem orientation, and clarify various prohibited behaviors of" insurance + futures "business of futures companies. The rules also clarify the self-regulatory inspection mechanism of the business, and propose specific measures to deal with the violations of futures business institutions.
